Story: Just another barista trying to perfect my craft as I gain knowledge about coffee, espresso, and roasting. UPDATE: It's interesting to me to watch my progression. You are seeing my very first attempts at latte art, to my most recent pours. Even my shots have started looking better (seen by crema color). It's sites like this one and people like the main contributors to this site that are going to continue to preserve our art form far into the future.

Wave Tulip(4): Got this on 3 attempts at wave tulips, I was pretty excited. If only it would have come this easy when I was first learning rosettas!

5 Heart Tulip! Finally!: Okay, so it's no where near as nice as Perrys, but there are 5...

Side by side (again): 1 and 2 together (made for two surprised customers who had never seen latte art before)

Rosetta: 2... (really liked this one- picture doesn't do it any justice)

Side by side: Side by side of rosetta and the tulip posted in the earlier pic. The mug with a rosetta is new and waaay cool (hard to pour in though.)

To-go Rosetta: Had to do tons of photo editing just to get this one to show up (yay for camera-phones...), but the pour looked awesome in person!

Tulip: Yay for tulips, even (in this case) poor ones! haha

Square Rosetta?: Kind of squared-off isn\'t it? I am noticing I really need to work on my strike-through.

Rosetta: Not the greatest pour, but finally not from a camera phone!

Rosetta: Perfect frame. Great pour indeed.
First attempt: This reminds me of the ever famous "Dean's BEST pour EVER!!" Only yours is a LOT better than his and you aren't saying it's the best pour on the site. Oh dean, where have you gone, I no longer have anyone to poke fun at, you're not even here and I'm still poking fun at you...
Flame on!: This is a great freaking idea. Hadn't seen it yet, other than your pours. Keep up the great work, you are an inspiration and constantly give myself- and I'm sure others- great new ideas and techniques to work on.
Turnip: Your milk always looks understretched, but in a good way, if that makes sense. I'm not at all bashing on you, it's a compliment. The flow just looks so nice and smooth that the milk seems like it's barely stretched at all. Good work, I'm jealous!
Wave Tulip: Perrys good to see you are back. I haven't been on this site in months, but I knew that the pours were yours as soon as the thumbnails appeared. Your work is as stunning as ever.
Register Rosettas: Hey homie... this is pretty psychotic, just so you know. We are always out of 10's too!!
