Pity about the initial pour, but realy good leaves! I would be trying next time to hold the jug up and away from the cup so you can get the initial part of the pour under the crema. then put wait for the right consistency in the milk and then do what you do best. that way you don't loose the crema right arround the edge of the cup so you don't loose the taste of the crema (give the roaster the credit he/she deserves). love your work, a real credit to talent and style. well done.
