i get the leaves to wrap by starting early on the wiggling-- i don't really let the base foam build up too much, just wiggle wiggle wiggle. ok, that's not very articulate, but it's the best i can offer! latte art technique doesn't lend itself too well to description.

Awesome curl! falling_short, try wiggling in one place for as long as possible near the center of the cup- but leave just enough time to draw backwards and finish the design.
