Yeah, that was a really awesome looking 3x. A lot of the ones that I see around look really blobby and completely crap. That one actually has leaves, rather than blobs! Wonder what Marika would pull out with a 12oz cup ... do you still have that photo of the soup bowl art that we did?

Yes, agree with luca said. I though it is a 12oz cup or bigger than 12oz. I only can make a double rosseta with a 6oz, but not beautiful like yours.

Hey Kim, We are all baristi here. We work at T.M.R. Marika is the latte art queen. All these photos are old latte art pics. We're all a lot better now. Just havent taken photos of latte art for a while now. I still havent seen anyone better than Marika in a single rosettas. Tzyen is another person who made coffee from home and now works for us. He is really good at art too. Im the old dog that taught them. Marika is the number one barista at the cafe. I look more at the espresso side now. Luca is the left overs who helps me with that.
Simon James is a friend that works at HQ coffee. He teaches latte art at William Angliss, which Marika use to do teach there. Simon was one of the first guys to poured crazy latte art is Australia. When most of us were pour twigs, he was doing perfection. Now he would say Marika is just scary.
Record is 220ml cup 31 leaf rosetta!!
She thinks she can get 2 more in.
Mine is 28 "a little upset!"
