What's the difference between pouring this and a rosetta? is it just mini hearts one after the other?

Yup, you got it. It's a start and stop pour. The reason this one doesn't "wrap" like some of the other tulips (check out the ones in perrys' profile) is because I didn't 'push' the hearts into each other enough. I was running out of room so I just had to "blob, blob, blob" then strike through instead of push each heart into the one before it (which always requires a little more milk, for me at least).
